Great service and honesty

I was referred to A+ by a friend, so I was prepared for a good experience, but the staff exceeded my expectations. Justin is probably the most friendly person I've ever spoken with, and was fantastic about communicating with me throughout the process. They were able to fit me in immediately, the repairs were completed quickly, and the price was absolutely fair. After such a great experience, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, and have spread the word to several friends!

Excellent service always. Customer service is always attentive and any work to be done on car is fully explained. Invoices and work orders provided are details so you know exactly what was done with your car. Recommendations for work to be done is also accompanied by pictures so you know what the issue(s) might be. I highly recommend A+ Japanese Auto Repair!!

They charged me> $400 for diagnosing check engine light plus compression check. Turned out, there was a white smoke coming from exhaust. Do you really need to charge a customer that much knowing that the engine is dead? Update. My broken car disappeared from the premises. Yep. Just like that. I gave Naem the title (not signed) and asked to let me know whether we should donate or sell the car. I was fine either way. I wanted to come when they decided what is best, sign the title, get some personal belonging (CDs, coins, tools etc) from the car and get a receipt. When I followed up, turned out they have NEITHER my car NO title. Also no receipt and no record of what happened to the car. Naem said it is my fault that I didn't stay in touch and haven't been following up. This is no joke.

They do consistently correct repairs with the highest level of customer service. The free ride to work is helpful too. They take time to answer questions in language that I can understand. I wish I could find people to repair my house as well as A plus repairs cars.

Very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I go all the way from Hayward to get my car fix here.

Super great customer service and auto maintenance and repair services. We take our car here regularly for maintenance. One time they needed to keep the car overnight and even provided us a loaner car from Enterprise. They also provided a great referral for us for our other vehicles and were honest that another repair shop would take better care of our European car.

The guys here are all super friendly, honest, and service oriented. Dropped off car for punctured tire and it was quick and efficient.

You're in excellent hands with A+! I can't begin to say enough about how much I like and appreciate the service and quality of A+. They are tops in my book, always thinking of my needs and taking care of all details. There is absolutely no comparison with the service offered by the dealer who sold me my car; A+ is tops.
