I was having issues with my dealership misdiagnosing something and not wanting to deal with a malfunctioning part because of the misdiagnosis. Put out a request for a reputable company and one of my friends recommended A+ in San Carlos. I was checking out their website and a live chat popped up. I explained my issue and the rep said I could bring my car that day (Friday) though it wouldn't get looked at until Monday. That timetable was completely fine with me, as my car was on the Peninsula already anyway and I don't drive it often anyway. They quoted me a price for diagnosis, which was fine. Got a call Monday afternoon as promised telling me that the part was removed. It wasn't what the dealership claimed, which made a frustrating situation with the dealership even more frustrating. But the service I received from A+ was excellent. They were looking into taking my car to another dealership for me (because the real issues came to light), which was going above and beyond what they needed to do. When I went to pick up my car, the price quoted is what I was charged. And my car was washed! (The dealership didn't even wash my car, which is something they used to do in the past). Great, friendly customer service that went above the call of duty, if you ask me! Thanks for the referral David A and thanks for the prompt and attentive service A+! I would highly recommend A+.
