Must read. I am loyal to companies that go out of their way to be honest and accommodating. In return, I don't take advantage of this service and I go out of my way to shop at these places. Nordstrom, Amazon, Costco and A+ Japanese Auto Repair are all on par with this customer centric approach. Case in point: I've just become a customer at A+ Japanese Auto. The moment I walked in, Justin was very helpful and explained the service options for my 2010 Honda Odyssey. I had problems with my air conditioning. In the interest to keeping this short, Justin diagnosed the problem, researched if I had an extended warranty, and found that I have one. Unfortunately, I have to take my car to the dealer to take advantage of the warranty. A costly repair that's been avoided. And instead of A+ Japanese Auto making money, they took the "hit". Believe me, I'll be back to see Justin at A+ Japanese Auto who will continue to keep my business. Great job. I'll be back!

We got into what appeared to be a minor accident over the summer and brought our car into A+ Japanese Auto Repair, Inc., not knowing anything about them (they were local and close by). We were greeted by one of the nicest advisors that I have ever come across...Justin Mills. Justin worked with us in determining what the problems were with our car as well as assisted us in getting our insurance company what they needed in a timely manner. Justin's professionalism, friendly demeanor as well as his "customer first" attitude truly calmed our anxiety while we waited for resolution with our insurance company. In the end, everything worked out well due to Justin's direction and assistance. We now have a "go to" auto shop that we can truly trust...thanks Justin!

High integrity and good customer service. Edgar was very helpful and I felt like he had my best interests in mind when speaking to me of the options for my car repairs. I didn't feel pressured or get the impression that the shop was trying to upswell me

Was pretty pleased with the the service here. They gave my car a quick tuneup and recommended against some stuff I thought the car might need, even though it would have made them a little more money. Gotta appreciate that honesty.

Super tight operation and very professional. Had a specialized problem with my old Subaru and Naeem handled it with zero drama !! In and out with no fuss.

I contacted A+ Japanese Auto and spoke with Justin Mills after being told my car needed almost $3K in repair from my mechanic I've been going to for the past 8 years. I had a hope to get a second opinion and possibly find a place to do the repair for a cheaper price. Working with Justin was amazing. He to the time to understand my problem and concerns, he did not over promise or attempt to under estimate the process. He was straightforward and genuine throughout the entire process. After taking a look at the car, they were able to fix the issue for only $200!!!! My old mechanic was trying to scam me but A+ really took care of me. Justin communicate well throughout the process and it really made me feel like a valued customer. I hope not to have any major auto issues going forward but I know where I am going for all my auto repair work going forward. Thank you Justin and thank you A+ Japanese Auto Repair.

Japanese Auto Repair just continues to keep my 2003 Honda Accord EX running and looking like the the day it was purchased as a new car. Amazing.

As always I was pleased with the thorough service, high level of communication and details about what was found / fixed. These guys never fail! I have been a very satisfied client for years. Highly recommend the shop to all.
