They are called A+ for a reason. The reason is the customer service that is provided to anyone that walks in their door! Justin, Donna, and Naeem, treated me and my 5 year old son more like family members than just your average first time auto repair client. Bringing my car in for a door lock repair during the week of Thanksgiving sounds like it would have been a miserable experience. The part my car needed had to be ordered from the dealership. Since it was a holiday week, there was a shipping delay. This was not Japanese Auto Repair's fault. Justin still called with daily updates for me. When the part did arrive the dealership sent a right side part when my car was requiring a left side (driver side) part. Justin was genuinely more concerned and upset about this than I was. He called the dealership and did all the hard work for me to make it right. There was no additional cost to me, and I was fully informed step by step what was going on with my car. Start to finish, I never had to wonder. Peace of mind is hard to come by these days. That is what I was given by A+ Japanese Auto Repair. The entire 2 weeks while my car was being worked on and taken care of, I had a loaner from A+ to get around. I was quoted a price at the beginning, and that was what I paid. Nothing was changed or added onto my bill. The car is fixed and there has not been any problems since. This place should be the "norm" for customer service. They certainly are the exception! You just can not find courteous, quality, professional, friendly, outstanding service like this from any other place around. My 5 year old son wants to go back just to visit with Donna and Justin. Thank You does not quite do the job when expressing our gratitude for the above and beyond service we received with you guys! We will 100% be returning clients!
