When my 2012 Hyundai Sonata unexpectedly refused to start last weekend, even after various valiant attempts to get it going, we turned to A+ Japanese Auto Repair in San Carlos. We had not used A+ before but online reviews and a good conversation with them about the situation convinced us to try. And I'm very happy that we did. Their auto service was excellent as was their customer service. They diagnosed the issues fairly rapidly, phoned me multiple times to discuss along the way, performed the repair needed for the original problem (as well as a couple of others that came to light in their inspection) , thoroughly tested everything, and then reviewed all aspects of the maintenance performed when I arrived to pick up the car. Everyone we dealt with on the A+ team was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. I definitely will turn to A+ the next time we need to have that car serviced.
